William Shatner is known for many things. Chief among them - being the spokesman for Priceline.com and of course as legendary Captain James T. Kirk of the Starship Enterprise. He also has a cult following as a pop singer, going so far as to have had several late night specials where he covers dozens of pop songs, to the delight and horror of many.

Shatner is also an amateur photographer. In 2007, Playboy had Shatner as a guest for their "Celebrity Photographers" DVD. His subject was Miss May of 1998, Deanna Brooks. The Captain used a fisheye, wide angle lens to capture her beauty in an "artistic" sort of way.

Shatner said, "I have been fascinated with photography most of my life. I came here with the intention of not just shooting a beautiful girl, but photographing those parts of her that say something to me... the texture of her skin, the curve of her body and the femininity that we men like to look at."
