Actress Anne Hathaway, known for her roles in The Devil Wears Prada and The Princess Diaries, is the latest celeb allegedly at the mercy of someone holding nude photos she took for a former lover. In her case those, the party that has these photos is the FBI.

The National Enquirer Scoops Everyone Again - Maybe

According to the National Enquirer, a beacon of journalistic integrity, when the FBI raided the storage room of Anne Hathaway's former boyfriend Raffaello Follieri they took many things into evidence. Only one thing seemed to interest Raffaello's brother, who headed to the storage room a day after the raid, and that was photos of the actress nude. But he was a day late and a few million dollars short, as the feds took all photos and digital media. Here's what the National Enquirer said in their story to be released on August 11, 2008.

“	The Enquirer has learned exclusively that her ex-lover Raffaello Follieri took naked photos of the actress. Follieri was arrested June 24 and charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering… In additional to the naked photos he took of Anne, 25, he also prized a sizzling photo of her in black fishnet stockings, a garter belt and bustier that totally exposed her top. Follieri, 30, supposedly paid a very famous photographer to take that steamy shot.	„

When Raffello's brother Michael went to the storage unit on July 16, he was unable to gain access to the building at all. FBI officers refused to let him inside. Now he could quite possibly have been on the prowl for something else but naked photos of an A-list celebrity would be high on his list, especially the celebrity rumored to have cut a deal to put his brother in jail.

Is it true?

Considering the need most celebs have to film every moment of their lives, as evident by the amount of celebrity sex tapes on the market, it's not hard to believe there are photos of Anne out there. She was topless in Brokeback Mountain in 2005 which proves she doesn't have a big problem with nudity. Plus these photos were for her long term boyfriend. The real questions are what celeb photographer took the photo and what was so shocking about the images that Raffaello's brother headed as quick as possible to grab those images and nothing else.
